Sales is the motor of any organization. We are no different. If you are hungry, competitive and have an extraordinary work ethic, you could be a great fit for our sales team. If sales is the motor, then our operations team is the steering wheel. This team ensures that all our clients receive the mystery shops that they need. To do this, our operations team is responsible for scheduling mystery shoppers across the country to complete assignments. This is a fast paced position that rewards creativity and competitiveness. If you are personable and ready for a challenge, this position may be for you!

Customer Service

Do you have a knack for talking to anyone? Do you enjoy finding solutions to problems? Our customer service team is the backbone of the service we provide. From assisting mystery shoppers with their needs to creating valuable reports for our clients, our customer service team is there for all of our stakeholders.

Quality Assurance

Looking to get your foot in the door of a growing company? Looking for a part time gig to supplement your income? Need flexible hours and work from home environment? Our Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) position might be for you!

We take a lot of pride in giving our stamp of approval on every single mystery shop that we send along to our clients. The reports that our mystery shoppers generate based on their visits are put to the test by our QARs. Our QARs ensure that each report meets our grammar, punctuation and value standards before passing the report onto our clients.
