I studied economics and political science at the University of New Hampshire and I have always been interested in entrepreneurship. Through college and a few years after, I ran a successful house painting business with roughly 80 employees under my supervision. Shortly thereafter, I came “back home” and started working full-time under the Goodwin Hospitality brand within the mystery shopping division.

In 2017, I was part of the leadership team that initiated the company restructuring and rebrand over to 360 Relay. In the following years, I served in a variety of leadership roles up until the Covid pandemic forced us to shut down and then slowly rebuild. Early on in the rebuild process in February 2021, I was lucky enough to purchase full interest in the business from the previous owner, Eric Goodwin, a close friend and mentor of mine. Today, I oversee all facets of the company and focus my attention primarily on marketing, sales, finance and most importantly, our client relationships. On a day-to-day basis I enjoy working with my team, meeting with new prospective clients and reaching out to existing clients to ensure that they are maximizing their return on investment with us. I never pictured myself with a career in the mystery shopping industry (I’m not sure if anyone does) but I thoroughly enjoy working with the people around me, including my team and clients, and I believe strongly in the power of the services that we provide. Client success stories are always energizing and motivating for me.

I live in Dover, NH with my wife Eva, and our baby daughter Lucy, and our two dogs, Peter and Henry. Outside of work I enjoy playing golf, basketball, running, biking, playing/writing music, reading, and meditation practice. I love attending concerts and stand-up comedy shows. One of my favorite places to be is at the lake in the summer!

With almost 15 years of experience in the mystery shop world, I have a strong understanding of what our clients are looking for and how to best deliver that information to them. I graduated from Newbury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications, Minor in English. I’m responsible for hiring, training, managing our operations team and providing high quality and timely execution for clients’ programs.

I live in Boston, with my life partner, Jay. We enjoy a kid-less, pet-less life and are always up for a travel adventure (most often to a far-flung beach). I’m an avid reader, film enthusiast, foodie, and sports fan including the New York Yankees, UCONN Women’s Basketball, and Buffalo Bills.

After graduating from the University of Denver with a BA in Communication Studies, I worked in the restaurant industry for years. I was drawn to the social environment and quickly put my organizational skills to use. As a server, lead trainer, and FOH manager, I created and supported systems to ensure daily operations ran smoothly – for staff and customers. In 2013, I joined the 360 team and enjoy collaborating with our clients to improve their business, work culture, and interpersonal relationships.

I live in Contoocook, New Hampshire with my husband, our two children, two dogs, two cats and (too?) many houseplants. Saturday mornings I can be found at the local Farmers Market where I volunteer as manager/vendor contact and run the social media pages. I love coffee, good food, podcasts, puzzles, exploring coastlines and tending to my gardens at home.

While studying Elementary Special Education, I stumbled into the world of Cosmetology. For 8 years I worked as a barber/hairdresser and became a licensed Educator in the state of New Hampshire for Paul Mitchell. I started with 360 (formerly Goodwin Hospitality) in 2016, and value the ever growing relationships I have with clients and mystery shoppers alike.

I feel lucky to live in Manchester, the largest city in New Hampshire, and share a home with my significant other, and our extra-large dog, Bru! As an urban dweller, I appreciate night life equally as much as enjoying a day in the yard with my family. Many mornings are spent in a spin class (with my parents!) and on any given Tuesday night, you can find me at a local art studio handcrafting pottery.
