Are You Using the Internal Notes Reporting Feature?

Would you like to review your completed mystery shops or audits and add some comments before they get sent off to the regional or location managers?

There are many reporting features that we have available in our mystery shoppers platform that our clients don’t fully take advantage of, and one of the most under-utilized is the ability to set up a layer of internal review before reports get fully distributed to all users.

Here are the items you will need to provide to us if you’d like to set up this process for your organization:

User Hierarchy

Let us know which user(s) should be receiving the completed shops/audits for initial review; we’ll need their names and email addresses. You can also let us know if certain users should only receive the final reports for specific locations or groups of locations.

Questions That Are Editable

We can set it up so reviewers can edit all of the questions — or only certain questions — on the form. We can also add questions that are only visible by the reviewers and not by the original shoppers or auditors. These can be open comment boxes or picklists as well.

From there, our team will take care of setting everything up in our system; the process can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on the complexity of your request. The feature can be toggled off and on at any point, and there is no additional charge for including this within your program!
