In today’s world, we all want to have access to everything on our phones. As of this writing, The Apple app store has almost 2 million apps available for download! Not surprisingly, for the last few years, our clients have been asking about the possibility to view our online reporting platform within a mobile app.
We are happy to announce that several months ago, our software partner, Prism Intelligence, officially rolled out a mobile app to meet the demand. It is free and easy to download for iOS and Android and it comes at no additional cost to our clients. If you are an active client with us, please follow the simple instructions below to access your dashboard on your phone or tablet:
- Download the free app by searching for ‘Prism Dashboard’ in the app store or google store.
- Log in using the same username and password that you would use to log in online.
Once logged in, you will have the same dashboard layout and saved views as you do online, but in a condensed format to fit the smaller screen. Feel free to make updates and move things around, or you can always reach out to our Client Help Desk team if you need additional assistance finding the information that you are looking for. You can even get in contact with us right through the app itself by selecting the ‘Contact Account Manager’ icon.
Here are some of the “widgets” you may add to see critical information at a glance:
- Line graphs showing trends
- Bar charts showing location comparisons
- Dials showing average scoring
- Pie charts showing question breakdowns
