To combat this fear of the new and questioning of the unknown, we here at 360 Intel have folks manning the phones and email inboxes seven days a week. With teams of people responsible for scheduling on specific accounts, we are ready to guide you through the process. Our teams are put in place to be your personal relationship manager. We make sure that if you call in with a question, no matter what day it is, you will get a scheduler who is familiar with the mystery shop you are looking to complete.

The primary reason why the scheduling team is here is to develop a friendly and professional relationship with shoppers, aside from the obvious – scheduling shoppers for mystery shops. It’s good to note that our team loves hearing from shoppers. We value your feedback so feel free to ask as many questions as needed. The shoppers we have the best relationship with, and who complete a large number of evaluations for us, could even be eligible for our “Shopper of the Quarter” program. This program recognizes great shoppers with great prizes on a quarterly basis!

  • Guiding Shoppers: We want to make sure you complete the shop correctly and get paid! We are here to help guide you through the mystery shop to ensure the requirements of the evaluation are not performed incorrectly.
  • Life Happens: We are here to swiftly reschedule a mystery shop for shoppers if something comes up.
  • Last Minute Hiccups: What if a mystery shop location happens to be closed, or if the shopper gets stricken with illness the day of a shop? We are here to help!
  • Point and Badge Management: If a shop is canceled due to true emergent situations, we are here to help you cancel that shop without forfeiting badges or reliability points.

We do our utmost best to let our shoppers know that once you take a shop, our relationship is not concluded. We will be by you every step of the way with all the resources at our disposal. We are here to support you in any way you would like to leverage our expertise. As a shopper learns and becomes more fluent in mystery shopping, the stronger our relationships become with the clients whom they evaluate, which in turn can directly create new opportunities for mystery shoppers.
